A fashionable and popular restaurant whose well-travelled owner uses a conjunction of worldwide influences to prepare the specialties. In Argentina it can be hard to find spicy food and good white wines although chef Paul Jean Azema has successfully found both, all of which compliment his fine cuisine. Although this place is rightly admired by all those who visit it, it thankfully lacks a snobby atmosphere which you may expect from the quality of your dining experience.
